Billing Policy
Our Practice conducts Mixed Billing:
Medical consultations are bulk billed for Medicare card holders with a valid Pension Health, Senior or DVA Card and for Children under the age of 16.
Medicare card holders with no concession card and non medicare card holders will be required to pay the consultation fee. Fees are payable on the day via cash or EFTPOS. Our Practice is equipped with medicare online, this allows us to directly lodge your receipt for Medicare Refunds.
Work cover, Third Party and Public Liability claims, will be billed to the insurance company. If the claim is rejected the patient is responsible for the full settlement of the account.
